DELIVERY AND RISK TRANSFER
The goods are transported at the risk of the purchaser who, in any case of default or damage, is required to make the necessary reservations to the carrier by fax or registered letter, within eight (8) days following receipt of goods.

Ex-works for all orders.
PAYMENT
First order: only anticipated payment – 3% discount
For all orders payed anticipated by swift bank-to-bank transfer as per proforma invoice: benefIt of a 3% discount.
DELAY OR DEFAULT IN PAYEMENT
Non payment of an invoice on date of payment will result, for all current invoices, in immediate due payment
Moreover PAOLA C. may suspend all current orders. All sums unpaid after third payment notice will cause debit of interests at legal rate increased of a penal clause equal to 10% of the amount of invoice. Debit note for interets and penal clause will be invoiced separately.
